This is a portrait of one of my closest and oldest friends Seiwa. This was done from a pose and a photographic sketch. I asked her to wear the head gear (gele) for this pose.
I am not sure whether to sell this or not – but here is a price anyway.

‘Seiwa’ is not for sale — until my ship comes in, of course! This portrait is perhaps the most arresting portrait I’ve encountered. Is it the vibrancy of colouring? Yes!
